We have established a new hazard evaluation laboratory to assess the safety of our chemical processes before starting a manufacturing campaign.
Our chemical hazard evaluation laboratory is equipped with automatic reaction calorimeter (RC1), adiabatic accelerated calorimeter (ARC) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). It is operated by three chemists with process development experience. The safety risk of chemical reaction is assessed including the rate of heat release, total heat release and corresponding temperature and pressure changes of reaction system and material. A comprehensive hazard assessment report is provided.
