Obtained bachelor's and master's degrees from Peking University and Ph.D. from Stony Brook University, The State University of New York. Worked for Ren-Pharm International as a technical manager, director, and Vice President. Completed 33 first-filing projects and has experience with more than 70 US ANDA filings. Co-founded Suzhou Pengxu PharmaTech in 2011. Currently serving as the Chairman and CEO of Chiral Quest Group.

Served as an associate professor at Soochow University for 6 years. Has published 29 papers and filed 122 patent applications, with 33 patents granted. Co-founded Suzhou Pengxu PharmaTech in 2011 and now serving as the CSO of Chiral Quest Group.

Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Postdoctoral Fellow at Pennsylvania State University. Engaged in scientific research in internationally renowned laboratories, such as Hidemaso Takaya, Kyoto University, Nobel Prize winner D.H.R. Barton and Professor Xumu Zhang. Over 20 years of experience in asymmetric hydrogenation and chiral drug synthesis, as well as 18 years of CDMO project management experience. Published more than 20 papers and patents. Currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Development of Chiral Quest Group.
