All Intellectual Property, whether patentable or not, developed in the funded project will be the sole property of our customer, as outlined in the signed CDA or MSA. The customer’s IP is protected by national laws and the agreements signed by Chiral Quest and our customer. Furthermore, we restrict access to electronic documents and data by password protection. Our company’s IP policy, provides further protection for customer information.
