CHIRAL CATALYSTS AND SCREENING
Chiral Quest provides ‘kits’ containing a broad array of catalysts for rapid evaluation on a research scale by our customer. After a particular catalyst is selected for scale-up, Chiral Quest supports the customer with supply of grams-to-kilo quantities for commercial manufacture. We have practical manufacturing processes for five catalysts.
Customers benefit from our expertise in developing the optimum process for introduction of a chiral center. When they provide proprietary targets, we screen catalysts and reaction conditions to define the optimal process.
This screening service can be as simple as identifying a catalyst that provides the target chiral purity, or as complex as a fully developed commercial process ready for technology transfer to manufacturing.
